I keep mixing two numbers in the same journal column. One is the ECB reference, which moves once a day and is fine for a teaching fill. The other is the price on the broker ticket, which includes their spread and may be a CFD. If you split them, what do you name the columns? I don't want a third column full of 'my expected profit'.

If a central bank said it, paste the document link and the time on the document. If a politician posted it, we still need the official post or an embed the platform allows. A paraphrase with no link stays off the official-voices rail. I would rather see an empty rail than a quote we wrote ourselves.
